Anhau Rice Paddies

Anhau's rice paddies take up much of the land in Ethia territory, spreading out over the valley floor between two rivers that run nearly parallel to one another. These rivers have man=made dams that block the paddies off, and the dam walls can be lowered or raised to flood the field with water. The warm, waterlogged earth is perfect for growing Anhau's most important crop. Rice is a major staple in the Anhai diet, and apart from that is used in flour, glue, noodles, alcohol and even cheese.
