Sinith is going to attempt to reconcile with his cousin over dinner, but knowing their history, this is likely going to turn into a giant clusterfrag of spell slinging.

His cousin is Adam Harvard; a very promising 9th year whose family are stark haters of Passives (and of course since his uncle on his father's side was a Passive, the two sides of the family are badly torn apart). This is likely going to blow up despite Sinith's good intentions, and I'm wondering who's willing to jump into a "bar fight".

Roy Jenkins is the "good kid" from the "Harvard Pack", also in his 9th term. His childhood friend went Passive at a young age, but his diablarie killed himself as well as Roy's mother. Since then, he shares a hatred of Passives as much as Adam, but he is much less of a jerk to those that he has respect for.

Thomas Humm is a geek trying to be accepted by those who have more clout in the school. He is a 7th year and has been a lackey for Adam for almost four years now. He knows how to heal and has a cowardly streak in using his Living Magic to give Adam or Roy an opening if they face someone with a similar Aura. Nobody really likes him, but is almost zealous in his loyalty to Adam because of his offered protection and need of his talents of healing.

Croche Tasslehoff is a chilling young man in his 8th year and was befriended out of fear for the "Harvard Pack". Croche has a mutual respect for Roy because unlike Adam, he respects his elders. He has a passionate distaste for the emotionally weak, especially in women. Since emotion is seen as a weakness to the Hox, he has taken a deep interest in psychology and Persuasive magics... also rumored to already know Level 2 spells in that area. His psychological tactics are greatly envied by Adam, and their relationship is one of convenience rather than 'buddies'. Croche has also been known to keep Thomas in line, seeing him as a weak whiner.
