!!!Backstory:

While Eros merely one and a half, the Amaranth family uprooted from Bastia and moved to Anaxas due to the threat of his mother’s scandal being released to the public. You see Eros and his twin sister Eris were both born towheads, while his father has locks of dark brown. The childrens' skin tone was also a slightly darker shade, and they both bore briliant blue eyes that no one in the Amaranth family could understand, as all others had eyes of the deepest shades of amber and brown. As the children's features began to become more distinguished with age, It was clear that their mother Altheda, a high ranked politicion of Bastia, was involved in an affair with one of her handsome, younger officials. So their mother, insecure of her position and too prideful to admit fault, took up a lower position in office in Anaxas, and her oblivious husband Thyros happily began to climb the ladder of command in the Seventen, where he is currently an inspector.

Eros passed his test with a 9 out of 10 when applying for Brunnhold, while his sister made the choice to study in Frecks instead, not wanting to be outshined by her more magically talented brother. Upon first arriving at the university, Eros was very quick to be sneered upon due to his blonde hair, however once his skills began to shine through in classes, not many would dare to appraise him as a lugger or a towhead any longer. His magical prowess led him to be in the “in crowd” of the school, and helped him into all the right circles. He also had an uncanny, yet helpful ability to charm others, as he was particularly good looking even by galdori standards. This ability is partially what led him to the study of the perceptive magic arts which is what he is majoring in at Brunnhold with some minor studies in living magics.


!!!Personality:

With a heavy influence from his haughty mother, alongside a heavy flow of compliments and envy from others of his looks and mona prowess, Eros has grown to be very prideful and vain. He knows he is very good looking and powerful at his art, and has no problem using such to get where he wants to be. His natural ability to charm people to do his bidding along with the arts of perceptive magic, he tends to get everything he wants and bores easily. What he craves more than anything are good challenges. He has taken up the study of scrying, experimental magic, and magical theory in addition to his regular courses.

Eros’s vanity and boredom tends to leave him coming across as a snob to most. It doesn’t help that he rarely cracks a genuine smile either, though when he does, it is rumored to light up a room. He never shows an extreme in any emotion. He tends to remain pretty stoic, but when excited he is merely pleasant at best, and when infuriated he contains himself to appear but slightly agitated. His anger flared up but once

Though he has a wide circle of friends and followers, or “groupies” rather, he always maintains a level of distance, untrusting of those around him. This is a trait picked up from his mother’s paranoia of her scandalous past being revealed. In addition to being untrusting, he is also untrustworthy, though he appears to be otherwise. If his natural ability to charm does not lure one to tell him something, he is not the least bit hesitant to use his perceptive magics to coax it out of one.

!!!Physical Description:

Eros is somewhat on the shorter and daintier side of the usual galdori standards for men. Though his smaller figure may imply him to be spritely and bouncy, his calm manner helps him to maintain a slower stride that gives one the impression of gliding. His hair is so brilliantly blonde that is very near a shade of white, and he keeps it a bit longer than other galdori boys, letting it hang over his eyes. Though the trends lead otherwise, he tends to keep his young face clean-shaven. This alongside his long lashes and bright, blue eyes that seem to truly pierce the one under his gaze if he stares too long, give him the look of a true “pretty boy”.

Due to a hobby he picked up under the study of one of his professors, he picked up the talent of singing, giving his voice an almost hypnotic quality, comparable to a siren song.

When it comes to his manner of dress, when he is not required to be in uniform, his mother sends an ample supply of the latest Anaxi designs which Eros is usually adorned in. One positive thing to be said of Eros, though he would deny it a thousand times over, when he tires of his clothing, he donates them in secret to the less fortunate humans and wicks residing in The Stacks. This is possibly the only time one catches a glimpse of Eros’ softer side.

Lastly, there are two objects to be noted that do not leave Eros’ possession at any time. His vanity abides him to keep a small mirror in his pocket at all times. His other prized possession is a highly detailed white gold, sapphire ring passed down through his family for generations. It is worth noting that his sister would kill to get her hands on that ring, however Eros, being the more talented of the twins, the ring was passed to him.

!!!Goals

As of now, Eros plans to first apprenticeship under a magister in hopes of writing his own grimoiries to help further the field of perceptive mona. Following these studies, being a true “mother’s boy”, Eros plans to pursue a career in politics. With the ease at which he practices perceptive magic alongside his good looks and natural charm, this seems to be the destined path for him.

In a few places you've written Anaxi (it's actually "Anaxi"), and you say "mona" as opposed to magic a few times. The mona are the particles that make up the world, and magic is the art of manipulating them, so the phrase is just "perceptive magic". Spells are usually referred to by their title in capitals (like Grow or Persuasion).

The only other problem I see is that I can't really see how someone would deduce her mother had an affair just from the blonde hair of her kids Maybe if her children just really, really looked like the official or something? That might be a bit more believable. I like that the dad's oblivious! Poor guy, haha that made me laugh.
