!!!Backstory:
Ferinus was born in Vienda, to a galdori couple from Gior. He was raised fairly well, although his rather larger figure and albino features got him a few stares when he was taking his initiation test. A 3.4 was his score.
Growing up within the university was annoying for Ferinus. He always hated that they had to practice spells more, rather than sword fighting and self-defense. He didn't really like magic all that much.
After classes had ended, you could occasionally see him out in the lawn, practicing stances and cuts with a pole. He always got funny looks. His weapons grew larger, and heavier over the course of years, and eventually began using a replica war hammer, which he used only in his room.

Joining the ranks of the seventen, he enjoyed a life using chroves, swords, hammers, and magic.
During a vaction to Mugroba, he still trained daily, using his replica war hammer against a rather thick bag of sand. Eventually, the Dragoons found him, and seeing his skill in combat, allowed him to join their ranks. Specializing in Perceptive magic, he became known as The Red Dragoon, knight of the berserk, bringer of rage. He was given his red mask and lived up to his title, bloodthirsty as he was.

After the commander was murdered by the Black Dragoon, Ferinus flew into a rage. The commander was almost like his brother. He quickly left the rest of them, and headed back to his “Hometown” of Gior. He stayed there, for numerous years, plotting revenge on the idiotic black dragoon, Alstair Murdoh before emerging again, a calmer, but simmering man.

!!!Personality:
Ferinus is usually simmering. Anything would seem to make Ferinus snap. It takes a lot of effort to get Ferinus friendly. (And usually a lot of drinks too) On duty, he's not nearly as ruthless as he was back in his younger years, but he does try his hardest to scare people into obeying the law. If the people around him weren't such idiots, he'd probably be a bit more nicer. He hates wicks.

!!!Physical Description:
His parents originated from Gior, much further south from Anaxas territory. Both of them being natural albinos, resulted in him being one.
He leaves his white hair alone. It's currently a scraggly mess sat on top of his head. His pink eyes are usually visible beneath this mess. He always wears his seventen uniform, even off duty. He finds it a lot more comfortable than his other things.
He is a lot muscular than his seventen comrades.

Hi Ferinus

Couple things here.. first of all, in pretty much every galdori culture, magic is of extreme importance. While he doesn't have to share that ambition, of course, the focus on spell-work at Brunnhold would not have confused him. Being a Seventen necessarily involves extensive magic use, so he'd have to have some skill at it, even if he's "muscle before magic."

You should probably mention that his parents are from Gior in your backstory, it would explain his albinism right away.

Your personality section really belongs more in your backstory, as it's mainly about what he does during the day. I could do with a bit more info on what he's like as a person and the reasoning behind it. Why is he so angry all the time, for example? If you expanded on that, it would make him a more intriguing character.

In your goals, you mention that he wants to "pound that Alstair Murdoh fellow into the ground." Why?

Also gotta mention, it's not likely that he'd be mistaken for a wick or human. There's the field thing, plus it's common knowledge that Gioran galdori are mainly albinos. If anything his appearance would give him away immediately
