Shrikeweed certainly was never intended to be a nice guy and tends to view most people as little more than amusing objects. And his whole obsession with paperwork and the preservation of order and civilization certainly point strongly in the lawful direction. Tzul Droon: Neutral Evil masquerading as Neutral.
