Taegan lay back on the pillows, not really in that much pain anymore. He lifted his muscular arms and propped them behind his head.

"Yeah, Dorian, thats him. The sword swallowing, fire breathing extraordinaire. I dunno. I...well...I clocking thwacked him right in the jaw. Like..pop!" He moved his arms suddenly, making a clipped punching motion in the air. Sighing, he put his arms back behind his head.

"I don't think he was anywhere near as pissed as Calli was. I think...I think she really really hates me. And Dorian is trying to be the good boyfriend, y'know. But...still...it sucks." Pausing, he grinned cheekily, looking down at Giana.

"How can you not even try? Don't you have like..boys following you like lost banders?"

"Yeesh. I don't think I've ever actually hit anyone, come to think of it. And really, you think there would be? I've never noticed a pack of boys following me at any point. You think they'd stick out, but apparently not. Be sure to point out this pack of suitors I've been missing next time, hmm?"
In truth, Giana had had crushes from a young age, but none of the boys had ever liked her back, to the point where by the time the boys liked girls, she had really just given up. Ah, well.

Taegan chucked at her sarcasm, laying back to look at the ceiling.

"Ahh clock pointing them out. I'll just set Clarabelle on 'em, then I can have you to myself." He grinned broadly. Suddenly he sighed and sat up, moving carefully as though he feared the pain would return.

"Speaking of chroves and such, I gotta get back out there. Clarabelle is probably fretting again, and Charlie shouldn't be just left on a leash. It's not good for him. I really need to find a cheap kint and fix it up like I did for 'Belle. Did you know that mutt is going to be like...as tall as me?!" The boy stood up as he spoke, bent only slightly as his six foot frame brushed the ceiling.

"Ah, well," Giana said, not half-nervously. Was he joking about having her to himself?
"And yeah, I'll go with you. I assume you're feeling better? And whoa, he'll be as tall as you? No offense, but that's clocking tall." She stood as he did, and compared their heights. She came to below his shoulder. "Hopefully I'll be here to see that happen. You sure you don't need any help? From what I've heard, that was some hit you took. Wonder that kov could dish it out like that, even at close range."

Taegan chuckled down at her.

"No, your just clocking short." He teased lightly.



The boy groaned and shook his head.

"I don't even want to talk about it. Stupid stop-clocker he is. You better come with me Gi, if he's still out there I'm gonna need someone to stop me releasing Clarabelle. Gods..what an erse!" He huffed, moving towards the door of the kint and opening it. Stepping down, he turned around and held a hand out to help her.

"My Lady?" He said in mock distinguish, grin dimpling one cheek.

"Lead on," she said, taking his hand and stepping down. "Try to not kill anyone, Tae, it won't look good."
She thought a bit.
"And no, you're tall. I know these things."
