Name: Ios Seth Richards, he prefers to go by his middle name, Seth, as he loathes his first name, finding it slightly femenine.

Home: Though he technically doesn't call any place home, he resides in The Stacks.

Appearance: Tall, and thin with long arms and legs- and long, nimble fingers. He has light tan skin, and multiple scars, most notably the small, horizontal scar which rests about an inch under his left eye. His jaw is square, and his chin slightly narrow. He possesses high cheek bones and a wide forehead, and his nose is long and straight. He has bushy eyebrows, scruffy stubble, and long, unkempt hair, which is a rich, dark red color. His eyes are a light brown, and very slightly tinted green.

Personality: For one with such a rough lifestyle, Seth is generally light-hearted and easy going. Though he resents the Galdori, and wishes to see their government brought to its knees, he could quite possibly get along with a single Galdor. He has no qualms with the Passives or Wicks, and is generally a friendly guy. He can be a little crazy, at times, and can have quite the temper. He can also be very cocky, particularly in a fight against a slower opponent- which has lead to multiple scars. He likes to drink, and will let Rita drink out of his mug. He's also a little nuts.

Occupation: Thief. He is exceptionally good at moving around unseen and unheard, and finding easy ways in and out of even the most secure buildings. He often takes things from Galdor houses and sells them underground. He will take dirty jobs, but only if he thinks his potential employer worhty of his time and skill.

Backstory: When Seth was young, his parents were fairly important to the resistance. They had trained him from a very young age in hand-to-hand combat, and eventually tought him how to use a blade. Sparring was a daily passtime for him, along with reading and writing. When he was thirteen, his parents were found out by the Galdori, charged with multiple crimes, and sentenced to death. This forced the young Seth out onto the streets, where he quickly learned to pick pockets to survive. It wasn't long after the death of his parents that he found a small, dark grey kitten being chased by a pack of dogs. Drawn to this helpless animal, he fought and chased the dogs off- earning the scar under his eye- and offered the little cat shelter, naming her Rita- after his mother, since she possessed similar emerald eyes (sometimes he would even simply call her 'mom' as kind of a petname). It didn't take long for Seth and Rita to form an unusual bond, and Seth would often talk to her as if she were human- and eventually got it into his head that he could hear her talking back (This leads to many stares from passersby, who believe him to be crazy or schizophrenic).
He continued picking pockets, and eventually- when that became a simple and boring task- began to pick locks as well. The first item he stole from a B&E (not bacon and eggs) was a well-forged, intricately designed dagger- which he took off the nightstand of a retired Galdor. This was also the only stolen item he kept for himself- selling all other items underground- and it got him back into practicing his skills with the blade- something Rita would watch with interest- mostly piqued when the blade would flash. Eventually, Seth noticed this and came to realize Rita's interest in shiney things- which he turned into a very useful trait when he would break into Galdori houses, training her to go off on her own and take small shiney things- usually jewelry- and bring them back to him. He would reward her in whatever way he could. By the time he was sixteen, he was quite the established thief, and often was able to pay for a bed and a meal at an inn- this was also when he started drinking ale, and letting Rita steal a drink when ever she pleased- which eventually got her quite addicted to it. This became her primary reward for stealing precious items.
Through his daily, four-hour-long practice with a dagger, Seth has become very skilled with a short blade, which has become useful when someone catches him in the act, or when the Galdor or a drunk gives him trouble. He is often seen wandering through the streets mutttering random things like 'Shut up,' 'I know what I am doing,' and 'Yeah, yeah, I'll get you a beer later!'

Goals: To become a member of the resistance, and to become a crimelord powerful enough to rival Silas Hawke himself. Most of all he just wants to survive, and put a few major dents in the Galdori government in the process.

Pets: Rita- A dark grey tabby cat who is often seen perched on his shoulder or- if she is alseep- coiled around his neck. When she isn't on her mount she is often looking for something shiney- she loves shiney things and if they are small enough will often take them back to Seth- for which she is richly rewarded. She also has an unhealthy love for spirits. When she was a kitten she was rescued by her human pet from a pack of dogs, and she hasn't abandoned him since.

*He carries a small amount of money in each pouch, but keeps most of his 'earnings' hidden away from his person.

Weapons: It is hard to say exactly how many daggers Seth carries, but he does have quite a few, all concealed in clever ways inder his clothing or in his boots. Only he knows where they all are. His primary dagger- possibly the most valuable object on his person- is an intricately decorated steel blade, about nine inches long and very sharp- this was among one of the first items he stole. One dagger of note is hidden in the front pocket of his leather vest, among his lockpicks. Needless to say this dagger is quite small, and generally useless. He is very skilled with daggers and any short, pointy object, being fast and agile.
