Backstory:

Gisele was born without a tribe on the nomadic lands near Knowles. Her parents were a pair of artists; her father a masterful painter, her mother a masterful con artist. Neither belonged to any tribe, and they traveled around making money however they could. As a result they were both constantly busy with their jobs. Gisele was left on her own from about age 10 on.
While wandering the plains near her parent’s cart, she discovered a knack for communicating with animals. Not in the literal sense, of course, but in the spiritual sense. Without even making a sound, she could convince a wounded Garmon that she was there to help heal him, not to harm him further. This was a talent that her parents found interesting, and thought that she could go far using her talents to earn money for herself.
At age 16, Gisele’s parents decided that she would be more than able to strike out on her own. So, when Gisele arrived home on the eve of her birthday, her parents surprised her with a cart and Kenser just for her, filled with all of the trinkets she loved. With that, her parents bid her farewell and tearfully waved goodbye as the young girl clattered away in her cart towards the place she dreamed of most, Brunnhold.


Personality:

Gisele could be described in one word as ‘vivacious’. Everything about Gisele exudes energy. She likes to go on long adventures, often to places she knows nothing about. She tends to interact well with people, keeping her natural energy high. With animals, however, her mood is entirely different. Around animals, she exhibits a kind of tenderness and love towards beasts that one would see in a mother towards her child. She keeps a number of pets, but has never really formed a lasting relationship with another human being. When placed into a new situation, Gisele grabs the Chrove by the horns and wrestles it to the ground.

Physical Description:

Gisele is pale, for a wick, and slightly freckled. Her build is lean, but not by any means fragile. She is muscled in a way that is graceful and feminine, but tells of a childhood where adventure and exploration was prominent. Her head is covered in an unusual nest of yellow waves, that fall to just above her shoulders when let out of her thongs. Generally, what can be gathered into a ponytail is done so, with two low pigtails on either side of the back of her head. The rest is held back by a red strip of cloth, save for a few nose length bangs that more often than not fall over her right eye. Her eyes are a bright hazel, with the green being the more prominent of the two colors; the other being a tawny golden-brown. She stands at about 5’3’’, but generally wears boots that give her an extra inch. Her facial structure is similar to that of an Anaxi galdori, with high cheekbones and slanted eyes. The rest of her face is shaped like a cross between an oval face and a heart-shaped face, with a dainty and slightly prominent chin.

Hey Gisele Good to see you posting! Your character sounds adorable.

I just have a couple of notes. Firstly, would you mind formatting your sheet? The guide is in the sticky in this forum, it shouldn't take too long. Also, you need to use *s for bullets, not -s.

Secondly, a couple of story things need to be cleared up. For one, there are three years missing in the backstory - age 16 to age 19. What was she doing during that time? Also, why did she dream of Brunnhold? Most wicks avoid it like the plague unless they have business with someone in the Stacks, so she'd need a good reason for wanting to go there.

Thirdly, you're missing your goals section, I'd appreciate it if you'd write up a list of what she'd like to accomplish with her life. Since she has such a strong connection with animals, it could be something like working with them, being a vet or a farmer.
