Transferring Posts Why is this forum read-only? We are currently transferring all active posts to the new forum. Come into chat or email me ( cartographette@gmail.com) if you have any questions. If you'd like to volunteer to help, we could use your assistance! Welcome to the Character Journals section! This is where you can create an IC journal for each of your PCs, and post your character's letters to other PCs and NPCs. This forum is In Character, so all OOC comments need to be in OOC format. Please only make one journal per character, and specify in your thread title or your first post if OOC comments are allowed. For letters to other PCs or NPCs, you can make a new thread (you don't have to post them in your journal). Reply letters should be posted in the same thread.

 Letters to Lady Bruthgrave
Dear Lady Bruthgrave,
I have been thinking of you, as of late. Once or twice I have found myself unable to sleep, unable to truly understand your predicament in a way that could lead to alleviating it. After much thought, I have come to a conclusion that I feel is beneficial to you. I believe that we should elope.
Now, I understand that our lack of attraction to each-other's gender, along with our age gap, may seem to be a barrier to a successful marriage. Please do not reject the notion immediately, dear Lady. After long consideration, I believe the benefits outweigh the defecits. For one, your husband will be discredited for eternity. I had contemplated duelling him but I find duelling to be more related to the gifting of pain and less related to healthy conquest, like say, football. I could beat your husband in a football match but it would lack the same ring.
If you dislike this idea, please give me a few months to practise my duelling technique. Just because I do not prefer it does not mean I am incapable. Your soon to be son-in-law is quite adept, I could certainly convince him to aid me in this endeavour. I am not above putting him in a headlock.
Still, I would greatly encourage you to consider eloping. Perhaps you could even visit your homeland and see what is to be seen. I do not know. I merely wish to help you in any way I can.
Faithfully, Angus Worthing
p.s. I annoyed your daughter recently by inviting people to our lunch table. I am going to consider continuing to do this, so you can fill in your guest list for the wedding. No need to thank me!
