 (L23, afternoon, Library) Historian (Vinter)
Rhecks Tzarki was many things. He was a Hoxian, galdor, and a Teaching Assistant in the History department. Some say history is useless. He heard dozens of students say "When am I going use this?" or "Why do I need to know something that happened a hundred years ago." He would always answer with one of his favorite quotes, his father said it a lot. We cannot have a future if we don't know our past. This get him going. It made sense, well to Rhecks at least. He didn't know how the other students fared with his little phrase.
The teaching assistant had found his way into the campus library, one of the greatest libraries in all of Vita. When he attended Holinzsat, he thought they had one of the greatest libraries in Vita. It paled in comparison.
He found his way to the history section, passing waves and waves of book. Some were about ghosts, others about architecture. Now it probably wouldn't strike some lesser historian who wasn't also a writer, but Rhecks made the connection. The connection that all those books had to do with history. Ghost were people that once lived, they lived in historical times. Some of the most ancient cities are known for their architecture and nothing else. Rhecks saw that everything could make it's way back to history.
All he wanted to do was enlighten the mind of the students and show them this fact.
There he sat, at a pinewood table in the middle of the history section. He was reading a book about the grave-caverns of his home nation, Hox. His teal vest was shining from the phosphor lanterns above, it gave him the look of an apparition, there to help wandering history lovers, like himself.

Re: (L23, afternoon, Library) Historian (Vinter)
"Good afternoon, sir," Vinter was passing by the history section with a book in held closely to his person. It surprised him to see anyone else here at this hour, especially since most students would be off to class at this hour. Hmmm, was his perception of the day right? Wait, no, maybe he was right. The galdor he saw wore no school colors. He was most definitely a visitor here, as a better look brought his features to bear despite the weakness of the phosphor, "I don't believe we have ever met, and that you might be new here. Allow me to offer you a Brunnhold welcome, sir."

Rhecks looked up from his book with a blank stare. One of the more older students stood right in front of him, blocking out the phosphor lanterns. The boy seemed to be very open, because out of nowhere he spoke to Rhecks. Rhecks was not use to such bluntness in Hox. People waited to introduce themselves and they never went up to a stranger they see sitting in a library.
"Zie child," As the words sprung from his lips, they were mangled with a strong, harsh Hoxian accent. "Despite your beliefs, I am not new to the campus. Newer than you, I suspect, but not new. I have been here for a year." He looked the redhead up and down, trying to pinpoint what form he was. "I am a teaching assistant for the History department."

"A teaching assistant," Vinter repeated with a question, "On loan from a Hoxian university perhaps?"
"I do hope I am not interrupting anything," Vinter added, as he moved to join the table, but held himself waiting for an invitation, "But it is not so often that one would find a new face among the dusty aisles here. My name is Vinter Cord of the last form. I usually come here during my spare time, to ascertain some matters concerning my chosen specialization and amuse myself with a book or two. Tell me, how has Anaxis been so far?"
