!!!Backstory:
Giana was born into the tribe of Yellow Eye, and, consequentially, is not too nomadic. She has lived in Dorhaven all her life. As a child, her parents were supportive and loving street performers, who often included Giana in their shows. Overall, her life was pretty normal. She'd always helped out with the performances, but was forced to find her own job when, one day, when she was about ten, her parents mysteriously disappeared. She later received a letter from them explaining that they had longed for their old lives as nomads and switched tribes, but the experience shocked her for life. (Her parents were famously absent-minded, of course; they sometimes forgot they had a child. Apparently, this was one of those times.) Although she is still famously naive, if anyone asks her to go anywhere, anywhere at all, she will immediately start bombarding them with questions. At about the time her parents disappeared, she started taking in abandoned animals as pets to alleviate her loneliness as a bit. Her hingle, Jeff, was in fact saved from a cookpot at a fancy restaurant.
She now generally sits on street corners selling her wares, which generally consist of paintings, sketches, and cheap button jewelry she makes herself. Most people purchase the jewelry. Giana loves making friends, and remembers names and faces very well, but will often remember a person better if they have a pet.

!!!Personality:
Giana is generally a caring person. She enjoys taking care of other people, and especially animals. She has taken almost every kind of animal on Vita, and would probably be happy to take care of yours should you need it. Most of her magic usage ends up being Fix spells, and she is working up to doing some level two magic so her window plants don't die. She has many friends, both wick and human, and will loyally defend them if need be. However, she is also horribly naive, and probably won't notice a trap until she's in the middle of it. She only pickpockets because of necessity, and would much rather make money at an honest profession. Plus, she's a bad pickpocket. She usually just ends up asking friends, and then really feeling bad afterward. She is very, very excited about the wick festival each year, and hopes to sell some of her wares and find a husband soon. She hates rude people, asking for handouts, and people who mistreat other people or animals. Because of this, she will generally have nothing to do with galdori. She is a vegetarian.

!!!Physical Description:
Giana is about 5'1". Her dark brown hair is almost black, with two pieces in the front dyed lime green and one in the back dyed purple, and her eyes are a sort of turquoise-y blue. She has a slim build, and wears lots of bright colors. She has three dots burned under each eye, and a tattoo of a flame inside a circle near the thumb on her left hand. She also has her ears pierced in many places, but never puts earrings in all of them.

*Pets. Changes often, but they're there. Permanent ones are her osta Kaia and her hingle Jeff. Jeff often accompanies her on her protests against hingle eating, as the "aaw factor".
*Small cart, largely for the pets and her art supplies. It has a window with small plants growing near it. Her kenser, a docile but expressive animal whose name is Bill. (She is largely uninspired at picking names. Kaia was named by a random passerby.)
*Copy of Spoke's Almanac. Necessity.
*Some pieces of brightly colored button jewelry and a few pewter and glass earcuffs and necklaces.

Street Artist/Pickpocket/unofficial vet
*Generally good at depicting stuff. Has trouble with trees.
*Can usually manage to swipe a bit of money or a valuable item if in a large crowd.
*Knows how to heal many kinds of animals both magically and non-magically.

!!!Goals

Giana wants to become a crazy famous artist, or at least sell one clocking painting, find love, get better at magic, and stop people from eating hingles.

Hey Giana Welcome to Thorns! Great sheet...we've definitely been needing more wicks so it's great to have another witch.

One thing confuses me. Why would her parents just abandon her, especially at such a young age? It would be great if you included some more explanation on that, like perhaps if her parents were young and impulsive, or not very nice to her, or if they left her with a relative because they were unable to care for her, etc. It just seems a bit unlikely that they'd dump a 10-year-old on the street instead of taking her with them when they went to join another tribe.

Fixed. Yeah, I was originally going to have them kidnapped, but then I fixed it so she wouldn't have a background mystery. Now they just have a little bit of a memory problem.
