!!!Backstory

Chrysalia was born to a moderately wealth family. Her father is anaxi and her mother is gior. Her father works as a doctor during most of the day, only coming home later at night. Her mother stayed at home, taking care of her. Chrysalia never got to know her father much but her mother always told her about his job and what he did. Since her mother was home most of the day, she learned simple things like taking care of ones self and how things run in the house. Once she was old enough, she was tested to see if she could join Brunnhold's Academia. She was afraid that she would get a good enough score but was able to pass with a 6, relieving the stress from her.

Her studies at the Academia were mostly just by herself. She always made sure to pay attention to her teachers and study hard. She decided, after her 5th year, to go into study of the Living Magics. After hearing of how her father saved lives she wanted to be the same. Saving and helping those in need. This helped develop an idea in her head that no matter who, or what, needed her help, she would help them. This also brought up another conflict in her mind. If she were to help everyone, how would she help the lower races? Although she would want to help them she simple couldn’t, afraid that she would be ridiculed by the other galdori.

Although Chrysalia spent most of her time by herself, she had a hobby that kept her busy when she had the time. When she was little her mother painted a lot while her father was gone. One day her mother had errands around the house to tend to, leaving her paint set alone. Natural being a curious child, she messed with the set and got paint everywhere. Her mother was furious the room and her paint set were a mess, but couldn’t as she saw how happy Chrysalia was painting her body and the floor. Over time she practiced painting more and more, getting better as each stroke went by.

!!Personality

Chrysalia is nice toward everyone. She doesn’t like to fight and would rather ignore an argument than start one. She likes being alone, the quiet noise keeps her calm and at ease. While Chrysalia may become annoyed, she won’t speak out against the person annoying her. She likes to stay orderly and good looking. If she were to become sad, she stays sad for long periods of time, thinking about what happened and what could have been done to make it better.

!!!Physical Description

Chrysalia is 5’8’’, taking the height from her mother’s side of the family, but keeping traits from her father like his green anaxi eyes. Her facial features are very similar to her father’s, pointed nose and high cheekbones. She has long red hair, blonde streaks going through it, that curls down to her waist. Although she is part gior, she isn’t very strong.

Hey. Thanks for waiting. Here's some things to consider to help your sheet get approved.

1. First, if you could go back through and capitalize country names (Gior, Anaxas), check your use of using those countries as descriptors (Anaxi, Giorian), that would be a good start. Also, there is some capitalization/grammar that could be corrected to make your sheet read better (especially check your tenses to stay in the past tense).

2. Why would Crysalia want to follow in the footsteps of a man who was never there for her? While it could be family pressure, a family tradition, even to follow in the medical profession ... given her background, it seems unlikely that she'd want to do what her father did without any real personal connection with the man.

3. Helping the lower races does not necessarily have to be a sympathizing view. We've begun to really want to stress just how unpopular and/or unforgiving this view is in galdori society, but I could see how someone who is interested in a healing/medical profession taking the point of view that the lower races are to be cared for ... in a providing sort of way. I would carefully consider mistaking "care" for sympathizing. Given her backstory, this is not a path Chrysalia would take without more extreme circumstances. It's best to see where her opinions fall through playing in-game instead of starting out with this struggle.

Giorans especially are cold towards other races, and she'd have picked that up through her mother. They believe in isolation from each other. And with an Anaxi father, there's just no way she would even consider it. Your proposed point of view is best picked up in-game and not before. It really is okay to play a flawed character.

4. It will be difficult to play a loner. It is also a little conflicting to be a loner who is nice to everyone. Surely, with that kind of personality, Chrysalia would have friends.

5. If there is no particular reason to being half-Giorian other than to be "exotic," then it's our suggestion you reconsider whether or not it's important.
