!!!Backstory:
Born and raised in Muffey, Chiaro and her sister Scuro were raised as any galdori children: taught the importance of manners and promptness, to read and write well and with distinction, and to remember their place in the world—high above passives, humans, and wicks. This last lesson was an important value to their parents, minor nobles who had built a small empire of a business. Their numerous plantations “employed” hundreds of humans, as well as the occasional passive and wick charged to ‘indentured service.” These plantations fueled a thriving business of textiles and fine wine, with multiple shops in all three major cities, as well as some smaller ports and trade route towns.

Having grown in Muffey, the girls were accustomed to riots and protests, but they were unprepared when, at age nine, their mother was killed in a violent riot. Although they hadn’t been close, it was the principle of the thing. Their mother’s death at the hands of humans and passives only cemented their feelings toward these people. It caused them to view the groups as violent rats, in need of galdor maintenance. In Chiaro’s case, she viewed them as a danger to themselves, and those around them, and needed galdori guidance to keep them safe. She didn't understand why the humans and Wicks just would not see why the galdori rule is so essential to their well being.

At ten the girls were sent to Brunnhold by their father, who had the highest hopes for their success. His hope was not misplaced, as Chiaro entered with a score of 7.7, and Scuro began with a shocking 9.3 (This gave Chiaro a deep respect and feeling of awe for her sister, though she was also quite jealous). Their ten years of schooling went in a flash, as the girls helped one another in their classes, passing leaps and bounds above most other schoolmates, even in advanced courses. The twins graduated top of their class, for which their father rewarded them handsomely, as they became his bragging rights over the nobles higher on the social ladder. Their graduation gift was a sprawling plantation across the river from Vienda, reaching the edge of the Wraithwine Wood, already running and operational as a winery. The manor was located on the city-side of the property, taking less than an hour to reach the capitol by moa. Which was handy, as they began their ambitious dreams of success by joining the Seventen. Joining as the Seventen’s most promising recruits, three years later (after grueling training in weapons and specializing in offensive magics), the girls “graduated,” once again top of their “class,” and are currently awaiting their first assignments from the Chair.

!!!Personality:
Chiaro is less harsh than her sister Scuro, and tends to be a little less stubborn. She is viewed as having a softer, more pleasant personality than her sister, and people tend to trust her more. Because she tends to be a little soft, this leads to her sister's ability to push her around.

She is secure in her position as a galdor noble of high financial standing. Her view of humans and passives is as if they were small, disobediant children- ill behaved at times, and in need of instruction, but generally innocent. They know not what they do, and cannot understand why the galdori suppress them.

Like her sister, she favors magic as her weapon of choice, though she is undisputedly skilled with a blade.

!!!Description:
Chiaro is identical to Scuro in her face and form. Their skin tone (a warm but pale tone) is identical, they are both slight (deceptively so: their Seventen training left them with lean muscle), and short. Chiaro keeps her bright red hair long, pulling it back in a braid during travel and weapons training to keep it from tangling. Her almond eyes are a more vivid shade of green than her twin’s, and look like new leaves in spring. She is almost always smiling, and has a lovely, musical laugh after victory- something that chills her enemies to the bone.

When she is not in uniform, she and her sister favor purple, and dress in similar (if not identical) styles, though Chiaro prefers trousers, not liking the almost naked feeling a skirt or dress gives her. They tend to accessorize individually, Chiaro showing a preference for Onyx, possessing a gold and onyx necklace and dangling onyx Earrings. Neither twin goes without her blue scrying-stone ring.

!!!Residence:
A sprawling plantation across the river from Vienda, with a two-story, ivy-coated brick manor located about 45 minutes moa ride from the Bridge.

*To proceed through the ranks of the Seventen, reaching a position of command and influence
*To show the humans/passives/wicks the need for galdori rule, and help them to accept that the world they wish for is just an impossible dream of a child

Barely minutes after I create my Seventen character, you two show up.

We should get together and plot ways to put those wicks and humans in their place

Maybe our characters already know each other slightly? If they work in the same area then yours would probably have heard of Dom at least.

Cart:
We weren't sure if the seer stone ring would be appropriate with the whole "magical items don't exist" thing. Glad to know it works!

Dom:
It's funny, we had been putting the chars together for a day or two, and had just decided to go ahead and put them up when I saw yours and though, "Oh, no! He sounds almost just like us!!" But I think it'll work out. Partly because you're a guy, and partly because there aren't enough bad guys yet!!

We're actually pretty different, just happen to be on the same side, with similar ideals. I think it will work well :)

This will be quite enjoyable.... and as for the journalist, I am sure that we could give her just as hard a time as she intends to give us. XD

Also, Dom Leon could be quite the valuable ally.

We need lots of Seventen because there is no galdori RP in Vienda yet! I am planning a story arc with a ball, and I'm just waiting until we have enough gollies...

Ooohhh!! That would be just exquisite!!! I wonder if I'll meet some cute Galdor man who will just sweep me off my little feet.

I'm working on the ballroom description right now actually. It won't be for 4 game days, it's a Clock's Eve ball.
