!!!Backstory

Imogen arrived in Vienda only one month ago from Dutaim, where she lived with her parents, Simon and Beatrice. Her childhood was mostly typical for a human girl growing up in a rural community. She learned basic domestic skills from her mother, such as cooking and dressmaking while her brothers and father worked on the land. She and her two brothers, Liam and David were also taught to read by their parents. Although, they all learned from the same few simple books, so she is by no means well-educated in the literary sense.


Soon after turning 22, she followed in her older brothers’ footsteps and left home to make something of herself. Since the Lee family is currently unsure of their eldest son’s whereabouts, Imogen headed for Vienda to stay with the middle child, David and his wife Lisa. After staying there for a short while, Lisa introduced Imogen to a market trader who, after seeing Imogen’s skills in sewing and dressmaking, hired her and found her a room in a boarding house.


She now lives in the crowded boarding house along with an assortment of other artisans and labourers. Imogen is still settling in and learning about this vast and confusing city, although she is enjoying exploring, learning and meeting new people.


!!!Personality

Imogen is a winsome and self-assured young woman. She is resourceful and a quick-thinker, but sometimes over-impulsive and careless with her words. Although she can appear confident and astute, Imogen has only just recently left her parent’s home to settle down in a restless and intimidating city that is completely new to her. In this sense, she is still fairly ignorant to the hazards that can befall a newcomer in Vienda.


She is curious and friendly, happy to spend her free time exploring her new home and meeting new people. Being outgoing, but not particularly loud or brash, Imogen is usually quick to make friends, but her inquisitive nature can charm as much as it can annoy.


Imogen can often act rashly, preferring to move on instinct and clean up the mess later. She sometimes forgets that her actions can have negative consequences, but by and large is a kind person, who will readily own up to her mistakes and try to make amends.


!!!Physical Description

Imogen is of average height and build for a human woman. She has a light skin tone and lots of freckles on her nose and cheeks that stand out in sunnier weather. Her eyes are a light blue and her hair a rich dark brown. Her hair is long and thick and she ties it back for work, but likes to wear it down in her free time. She has a round, youthful face with a small nose and thick eyebrows.


She came to Vienda with few possessions, but being a dressmaker is capable of mending old clothes or making new garments if she needs to. Imogen rather likes the typical fashion that human women wear and is not particularly fussy about the clothes she wears herself, as long as they are comfortable. Because of her occupation, Imogen’s hands are rough and her fingers are often covered in bandages.
