Post (I-10th, eveing, Northern Tors) The Calling (LIT)
The rolling hills of Northern Tors were indeed a lonely place. No sign of animals and the only reminders that people were here long time ago, were lost temples, already half-sunken into the ground and covered with moss as if nature claimed the stones back.

It was evening, and the sun was already setting behind the forgotten temples. Forests between hills looked more and more like pools of dark water; they even sounded like them if you listened closely.

Akhira was standing completely still beside a pile of fallen rocks. She was breathing deeply, in long intervals, her eyes were closed and her mind was clear of any thought. This place... She could hear, no, feel its call. She’s been following it for many, many days, and now she was finally here; away from cities, from people and from their way of life. She belonged here.

Her fingers twitched slightly. That ‘call’ was much quieter than days before, but it was still there. Akhira opened her bright yellow eyes and gazed at the land bellow her. Near the nearest forest she could spot light trails of few starflies, but nothing more. She was really curious what wanted her to come here. Or was it her subconscious? Maybe simply a desire to be as far away from people as possible. To have peace.

When the sun finally disappeared behind the hills, Akhira returned to her small campfire behind a larger rock. She was really tired and when she sat down she finally felt how sore her feet were, since she ruined her shoes and walked most of the day, rarely stopping to eat or rest. Although the feeling wasn’t pleasant, there wasn’t much to do about it, only rest. Akhira leaned back on the rock and put almost empty bag under her head to be more comfortable.

With each passing second her eyelids were more and more heavy, her breathing slower, until she finally fell asleep beside warm fire.
