News from your pirate friend at the ball: I fear I shan't be able to visit you in Vienda for some time yet. I have important matters to attend to that require me to stay here.

In unrelated tidings, I have found myself assisting Prof. Moore in his project -- the very same project for which you are spokeswoman. Happy coincidence, don't you think?

I must admit, I had some reservations about the whole thing. That is, until I actually read the brief he provided. I won't bore you with specifics, but the procedure only involves a little acupuncture (which is painless), and through the needles the addition of small amounts of energy at varying frequencies (which has been described as "tingly"). The process is all just to map the subject's monic pathways. Totally harmless.

At any rate, we have completed one experiment, with the help of a nice passive girl by the name of Triston. We have some interesting results, but it's all inconclusive as of yet, and mostly technical things which I can only remotely comprehend. I don't know how how the Prof. susses knowledge out of those little squiggles from the MAT... Oh well, I will make the effort to learn.

Anyway, afterward, P. M. took Triston and me to dinner. I think we confused the clocks out of the waiter -- not often do you see galdori dining with a passive. Ha. But that seems to be the way the Prof. is, just polite to everyone, even when it's against the grain.
