!!!Backstory:

Born in the beautiful and decorative city of Florne, Zalika was the daughter of Jaiha Baia, mugrobi galdor with a taste for the exotic and Emilee Baia, bastian wife to the traveling man. Brought up in wealth and beauty, Zalika was never wont for anything. She thrived in the fragrant and pristine city, loving her quiet and free life, spending time in the many zoo's and butterfly gardens. When she turned of age, her father and mother took her to Brunnhold via aeroship, ready for her testing. The young girl did fairly well, with an average score, and with pleasure, they shipped her off to the school.

It was a shell shock for the young girl, dumped in this red and green mess, ugly compared to the almost painful beauty of her hometown. Disgusted by the school, she threw herself into her studies to escape the reality of it all. Every break, she shipped herself back to Bastia with relief and fought tooth and nail when it was time to leave. Nearing the end of her eighth year at the boring and ugly place, Zalika ventured a trip to Vienda. It was revolting. Full of filth and bricks and...others. Humans, it made her cringe walking past their dirty faces. She knew they were but a lower race. To protect them was her duty, guide them in their ways, lacking the mona to help them. Pity.

But there were those others. Wicks. What a foul race. Half breeds with some whimsical connection to the mona. As though they were part of it. Zalika bristled as she passed them, filling with a dark disgust for the vagabonds. She knew what she wanted to do. Heading back to Brunnhold, she made inquiries about joining the Seventen. It was a duty. If she was going to be stuck in this drab city, she would do what she could to fix it.

The girl graduated shortly after and was immediately shipped to the training camp outside of Numbrey. It was fantastic. They taught her how to fight, how to ignore pain and fear. She worked hard in sensing fields, wanting to know a wick from a galdor or human the moment she entered a room. Hardening and thriving under the training, she found her spot in life. But she missed the sweet and beautiful city she came from, and after her training was completed, she requested posting there. Her request granted, she lived there in happiness for two wonderful years, patrolling the streets and keeping the mangy wick dogs in line. But alas, duty calls. She has been summoned back to Vienda to support the troops there in what seems to be an upheaval of sorts. In foul temper, she has just arrived at the Seventen Headquarters, being assigned her room and putting away her things. Dressed in her sharp green uniform, and meeting her mount, the woman has steeled herself to do her duty for the good of Anaxas and the salvation of the human race.

!!!Personality:

Zalika is actually a genuinely nice person. She has a love of fine things and beauty, and enjoys the company of beautiful people. Both inside and out. Her usual demeanor is kind and welcoming, with a soft spoken voice. However, when speaking with humans, her tone becomes a little like that of a mother speaking to a child. It's kind, but slightly condescending. When on duty, she is stiff, direct and to the point. She doesn't inflict unnessecary pain or force, but will step up to the job required of her.

When dealing with wicks, her whole personality changes. She talks as though she can barely stand to be in their presence, and her expression is that of disgust, as though a bad smell has reached her nose. It will only take a little comment from a wick to rile her up. In her anger, the young woman is imaginative and less in control, which she doesn't like.

!!!Physical Description:

Slightly taller than the average galdori, from her mugrobi heritage, Zalika is a rather pretty girl. She has light chocolate milk skin and shoulder length, straight, dark chocolate hair and light mugrobi features. Full light brown lips and a rather small nose, her eyes are an interesting feature. They are a liquid shade of turquoise green. The young woman loves to dress in beautiful clothes when off duty and has most of her outfits shipped from Bastia. She has a strong frame and wirey muscles.
